You do not need to carry half a pro shop to every padel session, but a few small items can prevent avoidable problems once you are on court.
Spare overgrips
Grip condition can change quickly during a long session. Carry at least one spare so you can replace a saturated or damaged grip immediately.
A grip solution
If you regularly struggle with sweaty hands, keep your preferred grip spray, paste or hand-drying product in the bag rather than relying on whatever is available at the club.
A small towel
Use it to dry your hands, handle and racket between games. This is particularly useful in warm indoor venues and during summer play.
Water and electrolytes
Hydration affects concentration and physical performance. Bring enough fluid for the expected session length and conditions.
Spare clothing
A dry shirt, socks or wristbands can make a large difference during tournaments or double sessions.
Basic racket-care items
Keep finishing tape, a cloth for the racket face and any small tools required for your setup. If you use a racket-surface accessory, inspect it before competition.
Keep the bag organised
Store frequently used items where you can reach them quickly during changeovers. A simple routine reduces distractions and lets you focus on the match.
